First Snow Fall

What a minute, it can't be winter all ready. I still haven't gotten my Halloween decorations out yet. Now, I'm not sure if it's even worth the hassle, especially since we decided to go up to Logan for trick or treating. Maybe I'll just get an early jump on Christmas and decorate when we get back.

These pictures we're taken on Sunday the 12th. I know the amount of snow hardly merits the amount of clothes the kids are wearing, but they insisted. Notice who's wearing the blue boots and who's wearing the pink. That would be thanks to Amy's great yard sale find, the only boots that happen to fit Hunter would be the lovely pink fluffy ones. And sadly, Peyton's just stuck with her brother's hand-me-downs. But they had a blast eating and playing in it, while it lasted. By the time we got home from church it was all gone.

Wesley wants it to snow here soooo bad. I told him not to keep his hopes up. Last year they had fake snow at the mall they were selling.......so he says to me the other day, "I know,we can just go to the mall to see the snow!" How very, very sad!! I will have to make it a point to take my kids somewhere there is snow one of these winters.
Love the boots! YOu do whatever works!!
Love ya!
